We’re looking for a savvy social media and email marketing intern to join our team at Teal Marketing, LLC. In this role, you’ll weave together all the threads of a story to create engaging narratives across multiple platforms to raise awareness for various brands. The ideal candidate should be a creative grammar guru who knows how to use social media and email as a whole to tell compelling stories, not just create common run-of-the-mill click-bait. Someone who truly loves engaging with clients and working to enhance their story, starting from a broad approach and then working their way down to the nitty-gritty details. Must be a passionate advocate for consistent branding with a clear, concise writing style. The ideal candidate must have a positive and outgoing personality as you may be involved with client relationship building. Must have a strong code of ethics, moral compass, and respect for others. This is an unpaid internship opportunity.

Day-to-day activities would include:

• Create, schedule, and analyze various social media calendars
• Embody the voice and tone of our wide variety of clients
• Be data-informed about what’s working on all social media platforms
• Willingness to experiment with new growth strategies and ideas
• Help us explore new social media networks, apps, and tools
• Work together with graphic artists and other team members as needed
• Develop, manage, and analyze various email marketing campaigns
• Other typical duties associated with general social media marketing management
• Hours would vary from 10 to 15 hours/week.
